Agnes is a passionate trainer and facilitator, with more than 4 years of experience in the field. Her areas of work include customer experience transformation, customer persona design, and service values and culture cascading.

Prior to joining Emerge, Agnes had spent 3 years in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Training Manager. In addition to perceiving and anticipating customers’ physical and emotional needs, she is also equipped with the skills to translate brand experiences into actual service operations and processes, thereby building a service culture through training and coaching different job roles.
