You will be responsible for a broad range of consulting and facilitation-related activities including, but not limited to proposal writing, project and resource planning, quantitative/qualitative research design and analysis, and stand-up training/delivery of workshops and programmes.
SENIOR CONSULTANT / FACILITATOR
Beijing
As a senior consultant you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. Understand clients’ organizations nuances, culture and politics. Keenly capture market and customer information, organize and arrange professional seminars within engaged team to help with developing high-quality proposal. You will execute project assignments, including writing professional proposal, customer interview and management workshop. Associate the internal resources to propel the project. Continuously learning in the industry to better expand the market.
Responsible for maintaining quality and efficient communication with existing customers, maintaining good customer relations and facilitating more project cooperation. Seek opportunity to build relationships with new client. You will be involved into the business development exploring.
