KATHY ZOU

As an experienced leadership coach, facilitator and business consultant, Kathy has 25 years of experiences in HR management, especially in the areas of talent and organization development. In these areas, she has provided HR consulting services as well as undertaken internal HR roles to enable businesses under her care.

Before joining Emerge, Kathy was leading Thermofisher’s APAC talent management and organization management efforts as Head of the function; whilst in her previous appointments in consulting, Kathy was Head of HR for Accenture (and was also a Director with Accenture Group), as well as Head of HR and Administration for Bain & Company.

Kathy is passionate about applying blended approaches to facilitate individual and team growth. In addition to being a certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), she is also a certified Action Learning coach and practitioner of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL).

In her free time, Kathy enjoys meditation, yoga and travelling all over the world.
